Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. Prices quoted in pricing sheets are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may change with notice.
Payment
Sampler packs and first orders are payable in full before dispatch. Credit terms for repeat wholesale accounts are agreed in writing.
Shipping
We ship within the Philippines. First orders ship in 3–5 days for 1–5 boxes and 7–10 days for more than 5 boxes. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination.
Product and storage
Our mushroom bagoong is ambient-stable with a 12-month shelf life when kept sealed, dry and away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Resellers are responsible for storing and displaying stock per these conditions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, leaking or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will replace them or credit your account. We cannot accept returns of opened jars for reasons of food safety.
Reseller conduct
Resellers may use our brand name and product photos to promote stock they carry, but may not alter packaging, relabel product, or make health or nutrition claims we have not provided in writing.
